DECLARATION OF COVENANTS AND Restrictions
Our Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions protects the individual homeowners' investments and ensures that our community maintains an attractive and cohesive appearance. It is the homeowner's responsibility to be familiar with and comply with the terms outlined in this document, and to inform renters of these terms. For example, “Garages are intended for car storage.”
Enforcement and Complaint Process
The Homeowner’s Association reserves the right to enforce the covenants. Complaints should be put in writing and sent via email to Brent Roper, the Board President. Complaints will be reviewed, and the person who sent the complaint will be notified of the action that will be taken. If a covenant was violated, Brent Roper, the Board President, will contact the accused homeowner to discuss the concern. The name of the person filing the complaint will not be divulged.
Architectural and Landscaping Control
Residents must follow the architectural control guidelines listed in the Plazas Covenants. Plans for improvements, construction, landscaping, and/or alterations to the property should be submitted to Elisa Ard, Chair of the Architectural Control Committee. The request must comply with the process outlined in the covenants (i.e., it must state a description of the project, timeline, and name of contractor(s)). The Architectural Control Committee shall approve or disapprove requests within 30 days after the request has been submitted. To submit a request, please complete the form found HERE.
